Abstract
The relevance of objective and precisebank valuation conduction has been steadily increasing in recent years. However, all existing valuation methods and models have some limitations to value a bank with a high degree of accuracy, simplicity and clarity. A modifi ed version of the excess return valuation method that had been specially adapted for bankvaluation was proposed in the article. It isexpected that the proposed method will beused as a base for further development ofbank valuation tools and thus will significantly enhance the competitiveness andefficiency of the banking system.

The article focuses on the modeling of series-STI formation of individual market demand. The analysis, and then sum-of three well-known inmarketing models, which exhaust the currentlyknown approaches is revised. The article shows that all three models have a signifi cant difference in the number of stages and terminology. The obtained results are the basis for the developmentof the author’s model of gradual development of demand - «need - desire - requirement -demand» or abbreviated as «model NDRD» and can be considered as a contribution to the methodology of study a demand.

The article considers the task associated with the assessment of debt capacity of industrial enterprises,help enterprises to identify to the maximum extent ofthe planned bond issue. Focuses on the study of themethods of debt capacity of industrial enterprises. Weconsider the problem of developing a method of assessing debt capacity of industrial enterprises, whichallows to jointly consider the total assets and cash flows of the company. A method for estimating debt capacity based on joint account total assets and cash fl ows of the company. The proposed method uses estimates of existing assets and cash flows of an industrial enterprise. The results obtained suggest the possibility of applying the proposed method for estimating debtcapacity of industrial enterprises in the Russian context.The results may be applicable Russian industrial enterprises organizing issue public bonds, and investmentcompanies prominent organizers of corporate bondsand other organizations specializing in investments inthe Russian public corporate bonds.
