Аннотация
НовыеусловияоптовойторговливРоссии, сформированныеэкономическими реформами, привеликформированию иразвитиюкачественноотличающихся форм торговой деятельности, новых типов организаций, которые включают пересмотр модулирующих концепций традиционных оптовых предприятий. Вближайшембудущемнарынкебудут доминировать с оптовые и розничные ассоциации. Конкурируядругсдругом, онибудутпостепеннорасти, присоединяянебольшиекоммерческиепредприятия. Также появятся универсальные дуальные формы торговых организаций, скоторымиранеенесталкивались. Это происходит из-за проникновения сетевых технологий в управление.
