The article outlines the basics of using transfer pricing methods applied to the financial analysis of the enterprise. It focuses on the application of transfer pricing methods not only over prices control between related organizations, but for analysis of the financial performance of companies. It proposes to use comparison of profitability of comparable companies during the reporting period. Shows an approach for the search and selection of comparable companies using information systems SPARKS or Bureau van Dijk. It analysis some examples in which the methodology is applicable transfer pricing as a tool of financial analysis.

The dependence of the gross domestic product on time ( Y ( t )) in macroeconomic Kalecki’s model in view of an investment temporary lag in the case of periodic dependence of the consumption function on time is investigated. As a result of solutions of linear ordinary differential equation and differential equation with lagging argument an analytical expressions for the Y ( t ) is received. Some aspects of influence of a temporary lag on character of variation of the function Y ( t ) are shown.

The article concerns personal income tax in relation to income, source of which is a capital gain of taxpayers. Some countries impose this tax as a separate payment because capital gain cannot be identified with other types of income by the reason of its nature. There is no capital gain tax in Russia, and capital gain is taxed under the rules of chapter 23 of the Russian Tax Code. In this regard the article contains the analysis of features of introduction of capital gain tax in this chapter of the code, reflects the shortcomings inherent in methodology of its fixing in it, and offers on elimination of the revealed problems.
