This article discusses the importance of issues related to the protection of information in the preparation of modern information technology specialists. Article is devoted to a technique of construction of a rating of liquidity of functioning of commercial banks. In article are analyzed probability of event which consists that commercial bank during a certain interval of time will be liquid to function taking into account influence of random factors, i.e. regularly and in due time to carry out all functions. The special attention is given to questions of a problem of working out and introduction of a method of a rating of liquidity of commercial banks in Uzbekistan. By working out and research of the given problem methods and receptions of probability theory, the mathematical statistics and econometric modeling are used. The author comes to conclusion, that in article the technique of forecasting of a financial condition of commercial bank according to which liquidity of commercial bank is defined by probability of the event, consisting is proved what to be during a certain interval of time in the near future will be liquid to function taking into account influence of casual parameters. By imitation of parameters of the equations there is a possibility of monitoring, the control and the forecast of a rating of liquidity of commercial bank in the near future. By results of research are prepared corresponding prognosis recommendations and offers for the persons making of the decision.

In the article, the paper classifies the regions of the Central Federal district level indicators of their socio-economic and demographic situation. Defined the typology of the clusters identified problems of the regions and groups of regions on the basis of what identifies key threats to internal development of the Central Federal district.

We construct a stochastic model of real estate pricing. The method of the pricing construction is based on a sequential comparison of the supply prices. We proof that under standard assumptions imposed upon the comparison coefficients there exists an unique non-degenerated limit in distribution and this limit has the lognormal law of distribution. The accordance of empirical distributions of prices to thetheoretically obtained log-normal distribution we verify by numerous statistical data of real estate prices from Saint-Petersburg (Russia). For establishing this accordance we essentially apply the efficient and sensitive test of fit of Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Basing on “The Russian Federal Estimation Standard N2”, we conclude that the most probable price, i.e. mode of distribution, is correctly and uniquely defined under the log-normal approximation. Since the mean value of log-normal distribution exceeds the mode - most probable value, it follows that the prices valued by the mathematical expectation are systematically overstated.

The problem of increase of pension age in our country is discussed already from the first steps of market transformations of provision of pensions, i.e. quarter of the century, and without some visible advancement to its decision. At the same time all civilised countries have already developed the accurate program of actions under its decision, though and with different social and economic consequences: one have raised pension age "shock" tools for one-two year, others have stretched this process for some decades, the third have refused an age regulator of the insurance pension rights. In present social and economic conditions the problem of increase of pension age in Russia has got a special sharpness.

The article considers methods of estimating the values of the common factors for individual observations, make a choice between the three most used methods in practice evaluation of factor values: the regression method, Bartlett method and the method of "ideal settings" Harman. However, these methods cannot be used if the variance of some specific factors equal to zero. A method is proposed for solving the problem in this case. The meaning of the method consists in adding to the original artificially generated variables specific factors, in order to transformed data it was possible to apply the methods of evaluation of factor values. The proposed method is suitable for use in the case of collinearity initial signs that extends the application of factor analysis. More other method considered "ideal settings" Harman. We prove the extreme properties of the method.

It is expected that customers and performers interested in creating all the necessary conditions (investment, social, technological) to obtain high-quality final product. The customer agrees with the developer on the approximate number of design iterations, each iteration of the composition, timing and budgets required to achieve the desired result. By means of evaluating the effectiveness of business results are metric tests, including functional and modular (unit tests), created in direct contact representatives of the customer and the developer. This mechanism should be used in mobile teams, in which the development is relatively short iterations with stepwise refinement of business requirements.
