By solving the differential equation with lagging argument the dynamics of variation of the gross domestic product Y ( t ) in macroeconomicKalecki’s model in view of a temporary lag in case of square-low dependence of consumption function on time is investigated. Abstract
The article considers the problem associated with the assessment of the interest rate of a public corporate bond issue. The theme of research is the study of techniques for evaluationof interest rates of corporate bond. The article discusses the task of developing a methodology for assessing the marketinterest rate of corporate bonded loan, which allows to takeinto account the systematic and specific risks. The technique of evaluation of market interest rates of corporate bonds onthe basis of weighted averages is proposed. This procedure uses in the calculation of cumulative barrier interest rate, sectoral weighted average interest rate and the interest ratedetermined on the basis of the model CAPM (Capital Asset Pricing Model). The results, which enable to speak about the possibility of applying the proposed methodology for assessing the market interest rate of a public corporate bond issuein the Russian conditions. The results may be applicable for Russian industrial enterprises, organizing issue public bonds,as well as investment companies exposed organizers of corporate securities loans and other organizations specializingin investments in the Russian public corporate bond loans.

This article reveals the current state of microfinance services and microfinance institutions (MFIs) in the Republic of Armenia, through a careful analysis of theirperformance and statistics. Abstract
The article is dedicated to the actual economic issues of modeling of staff communication processesin managing of unformalized knowledge for decision making. Since unformalized knowledge isoften has a tacit form, i.e. personal experience and intuitions, held in employees’ heads then the main way of transmission of such knowledge is communications between employees. Modelingof the exchange and dissemination of unformalized knowledge and information among employeeswas made within the framework of social network analyses methods: a group of employees isconsidered as an interconnected system consisting of nodes (persons, members of the group)and the connections between them (relations). As a part of modeling a management procedure for managing the unformalized knowledge is proposed. This management procedure implies a preliminary analysis, planning and creating a technological infrastructure that supports the exchangeprocesses, distribution and partial formalization of unformalized knowledge.
