Abstract
The paper outlines the importance of intercultural communication in the altered circumstances of today’s globalized world. Improving abilities in intercultural communication goes hand in hand with developing language learners’ communicative competence and cultural awareness. A basic understanding of cultural diversity can be obtained through the use of authentic language materials unlimited access to which is given by Web 2.0 tools. The paper highlights the use of language learning social networks which provide language learners with the opportunity to interact with native speakers of their target language and gain practical, real-life language skills.

Abstract
The article determines the role and analyzes specificity of the use of information technology in a mixed model of learning foreign languages in higher educational institutions. The authors also describe such forms of e-learning as a webinar, seminar videos, video conferencing, case-technology. The ways of overcoming difficulties in learning foreign languages, which the students can face when using distance learning technologies, are indicated. The positive experience of using E-learning System «Virtual Campus» in the teaching foreign languages at the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics is mentioned.

The article considers the methodological foundations of the study of man's inner world. The main attention is focused on the problem of functioning of the human inner world as «fields» realization of human subjectivity, the definition of the space in which «lives» the sovereign human I. Attempts to prove that the inner world of man cannot be reduced only to the world of human consciousness, the world of human feelings, thoughts, emotions and experiences are made. This article contains theoretical and practical justification of the concept of innovative development of business processes based on the information analysis of the company’s infrastructure under the conditions of building a common information space. The article studies the global IPO market and the key risks of the procedure during the IPO. Exogenous and endogenous risks affecting the efficiency of entering the public market are considered. Also the general stepwise policy of risk management has been suggested. This article deals with the laws of visual merchandising that have a significant impact on the implementation of the company’s products. The article also defines the basic hypothesis of the existence of methods and effect, and the conditions for their effective implementation. In article the mathematical model of estimation and forecasting of a condition of difficult technical system based on the use of methods of images recognition is considered. Recognition algorithms based on comparison of the measured vector of signs to the aprioristic description of objects classes’ conditions are offered. A procedure that allows to evaluate and implement the elaboration of forecasting indicators total of the status and development of inter-regional economic space on the basis of economic and mathematical and statistical methods is proposed in the article. In terms of indicators of functioning the Central Federal District regions analysis the task of interpretation of the gross regional product per capita in the form of its correlation with respect to the key performance indicators of the region was performed. Abstract
The article presents the methodological and technical bases for the creation of regression models that adequately reflect reality. The focus is on methods of removing residual autocorrelation in models. Algorithms eliminating heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation of the regression model residuals: reweighted least squares method, the method of Cochran-Orkutta are given. A model of "pure" regression is build, as well as to compare the effect on the dependent variable of the different explanatory variables when the latter are expressed in different units, a standardized form of the regression equation. The scheme of abatement techniques of heteroskedasticity and autocorrelation for the creation of regression models specific to the social and cultural sphere is developed.
