The article discusses the ways to define the volume indicators of paid services market in higher professional education by the means of constructing a demand function.

The article describes electronic dictionary of synonyms in Russian language by ASIS® system (more than 500 000 words and collocations, 190 000 synonymic connections).The program can be used not just as a dictionary of synonyms and close meaning words, but also as spelling dictionary and definition dictionary of Russian language in order to check the orthography and define the meaning of unknown words. The dictionary is also designed to be an instrument of philological surveys and studies of the language trough the extensive query system on different characteristic of words (definition, composition, synonymy, etc.). Program’s lexical base includes words from dictionaries and guides in all subject areas - from astronomy to Japanese painting. Over compilation of dictionary developer used published dictionaries: spelling, synonymic, definition dictionaries, dictionary of collocations, dictionary of foreign words and etc. of 19-21 cc. Newspapers, magazines and web-resources were active used as well for appending the dictionary. This dictionary practically shows, that by the amount of words Russian language belongs with the most developed languages in the world, and by the scale and density of synonymic space, in the author’s opinion, it has no equal.

The article deals with the specifics of innovation of State-owned corporations in a changing market environment. In consequence, there was born the necessity to change key factors of the management paradigm. These changes are the transfer from the functional management to the process-based approach. The functional management was the basic type of management in many organizations during the 20th century. Only in the end of 1990 companies started to integrate the process-based approach. This conversion was born cause of special conditions that the informational age created.

This article proposes an approach to the choice of the business strategies of the company in the conditions of complete market demand uncertainty. It is based on using the so-called strategic statistical games - market becomes the first player and the head of the organization, receiving the administrative decision, the second. Formed matrix losses of the company, the relevant combinations of possible states of a market demand and selected business strategies. To select the optimal business strategies, corresponding to the concrete possibilities of the company, Wald, Savage and Hurwitz rules are used.

The main demographics credentials which forming the country’s demographic situation are analysed in this paper. The emphasis is on the analysis of a demographic setting in Russia under conditions of demographic crisis. A certain place in this paper is occupied by the description of a mode of reproduction of the population of Russia depending on two components: natural and migratory population movement interrelating with the social and economic processes proceeding in modern society. The values of gross and net reproduction rate for the Federal Districts of the country are reproduced. This article also presents the results of forecasts of the population performed by the Federal Service of State Statistics and Institute of Demography: National Research University Higher School of Economics till 2025; the evolving negative effects are stated as the indication of the next phase of demographic crisis.

This paper focuses on the problems of the study of the investment climate in the country and the regions. Since the possibility of statistical assessment of the investment climate is itself under discussion due to the subjectivity of instruments used to measure it, the article attempts to develop a model that reflects the impact of the investment instruments of regional policy on flows of foreign direct investments, i.e. not to solve the general problem of measurement of the investment climate in the region, but to solve the particular one - what incentive tools are the most in demand by foreign investors in the particular area or region.

The article considers the methodological and algorithmic problems arising in modeling and forecasting of time series of mortgage loans. Focuses on the processes of formation of the levels of time series of mortgage loans and the problem of choice and identification of models in the conditions of small samples. For forecasting options are selected and implemented a model of autoregressive and moving average, which allowed to obtain reliable forecasts.

This article describes an algorithm for stock pairs trading using financial multipliers of underlying companies. This algorithm has been tested on historical data and compared with classical Bollinger bands strategy. The results of tests were presented for two financial sectors of US stock market.

This article proposes a worked out mathematical and statistical model of the Russian Federation economic sectors in 2008-2012 according to their level of integration activities on the basis of splitting mixtures of the probabilistic distributions. On the basis of the submitted analysis it is possible to work out measures of government policy for the purpose of growth of effectiveness of integration activities among different sectors of Russian economy.

This article analyzes the main methods of scaling databases (replication, sharding) and their support at the popular relational databases and NoSQL solutions with different data models: a document-oriented, key-value, column-oriented, graph. The article provides an assessment of the capabilities of modern cloud-based solution and gives a model for the organization of dynamic scaling in the cloud infrastructure. In the article are analyzed different types of metrics and are included the basic metrics that characterize the functioning parameters and database technology, as well as sets the goals of the integral metrics, necessary for the implementation of adaptive algorithms for dynamic scaling databases in the cloud infrastructure.
