The article deals with the main form of international payment - bank transfer and features when it is charging by banks correspondent fees for transit funds in their correspondent accounts. In order to optimize the cost of expenses for international money transfers there is a need to develop models and toolkit of automatic generation of the total amount of commissions in international interbank settlements. Accordingly, based on graph theory, approach to the construction of the model was developed.

Abstract
The article presents the methodological and technical foundations of the study evaluating the effectiveness of measures to detect misuse of resources. The focus is on the algorithm steps to prepare information and conduct calculations to identify the misuse of resources. Units of analysis, conduct a technical and economic performance of the fixed assets and the most important indicators. We consider the use of performance analysis equipment on time and capacity, analysis of indicators of use of the equipment on the number, analysis of the shift index, a general analysis of return on assets, return on assets factor analysis, analysis of the effectiveness of the fixed assets. The algorithm of actions to prepare information and conduct calculations to identify the misuse of resources.

In the given article the problems of comparability of the data on currency transactions from positions of the analysis of features of the methodological accounting of currency transactions in the EurAsEC countries are revealed. Abstract
The economic-mathematical model of an assessment of influence of actions to increase of efficiency of power system with multistage business processes and supply chains of fuel, raw materials, details and knots is offered. It is revealed that efficiency of decrease in power consumption grows in sedate dependence on number of participants of business processes and is therefore significantly higher for productions with multistage business processes and a high value added. It is shown that decrease in expenses for energy resources and costs of goods and services is capable to cause effect of chain reaction using final products in a cycle of public reproduction. System positive feedback of using production in the process of public reproduction causes the effect of chain reaction of increasing profitability of participants of production.
