Abstract
Some results of a theoretical and empirical research carried out with the purpose of revealing and assessment of ethnopsychological features of perception of mass media messages are reflect in the article. The direct presentation of this problem with taking into account the national mentality of students and cadets in the domestic and foreign science was not considered, as well as methods to identify them weren’t developed. The received theoretical and empirical results are a scientific basis for introduction of technologies of development of professionally important qualities of specialists into practice.

In given article influence of own means of payment on a financial condition of the enterprise is considered. The analysis is developed, allowing to establish the size of these means for accounting dates and for the period as their lack leads to deterioration of solvency of the enterprise. Distinctive feature of the given analysis is revealing of disproportions and equation achievement between material and monetary streams, structure of actives and capital structure, and also various budgets. By means of offered system of indicators the analyst has an opportunity objectively to estimate a current situation and operatively to make administrative decisions.

The method of a solution of a regression problem for a case of determination of the affine function approximating set of given points is considered. It consists in application of matrix correction of the input dates by the polyhedral norm optimality criterion. At first as auxiliary the problem of the correction of inconsistent linear equation systems by applying polyhedral norms minimum is expound. The authors give examples to prove it. The estimation is described with a functional. The authors consider some features of use of the main criteria of decision efficiency in the stock management in terms of a risk based on the manufacturing situations such as criterion of an expectation value, criterion of a threshold level and criterion of a risk minimization. The conclusion is that in using mathematical methods of stock management in terms of risk the criterion of a threshold level represents the most practical value, which implements the principle of planning by probabilistic level.

Abstract
The paper presents a method for optimizing identification of random events by using the theory of questionnaires. Theory questionnaires - a branch of mathematics that arose at the turn of mathematical statistics, combinatorics, graph theory and information theory. Its founder K.F.Pikar developed this theory as a description of the device logical relationships of tasks and methods of their solutions and the conditions under which these decisions are made. PP Parkhomenko suggested using questionnaires theory as a mathematical device to illustrate the construction, presentation and description of the best conventional diagnostic algorithms.The main task of the theory of the questionnaires was to build optimal in some sense of the questionnaire.
