Abstract
The importance of using distance learning for developing knowledge, skills and competences in English Language teaching in contemporary educational process is justified in the article. In this connection the great attention is focused on radical changes in English Language teaching methodology. With the advent of online education the relationships between the lecturers or the tutors and the students alter and become more open and cooperating, because the students get more involved, interested and motivated in learning foreign languages. Apart from this, the main components of distance education are briefly considered.

Analyzed the problems of reproduction of human resources in the scientific and educational cooperation and collaboration of university research with industry. Proposed a model integration high school science to industry of the region, including the internal and external levels. On the internal level, proposed a scheme of transfer technology in a technical university, where the formation of human capital is produced in two related areas: training of competitive labor market specialists with higher education, as well as consolidation in the universities of highly qualified personnel. In the conditions of an accruing economic crisis the increasing relevance is gained by systems and the models optimizing a certain kind of activity. Abstract
This article describes problems of organization management within a real estate development, the analysis of this problems and the methods of its solution based on the Balanced Scorecard. In present unsteady conditions of business development, commercial activity faces a number of problems. The main types are: the problem of lack of funding, the problem of the growth of a company, the company’s management problem, the problem of business processes, and the problem of the decision-making. As a method to solve the problems is proposed an introduction of the balanced scorecard (BSC), which allows accurately feel the slightest changes in the company, deviation from the planned strategies and adjust the direction of the motion during the life of the company.

The article deals with the role of the government in tariff design process. Due to advances in science and technology the sector of services provides more than 80% of GDP in several countries, thus the stable development of this sector is considered to be one of the most essential purposes. The state has three groups of tools through which it influences market processes: monetary, fiscal and administrative. Each group differently influences the tariff design process, but all of them are considered to be external factors of pricing and they are not always stable the market processes as it’s needed.
