NEW APPROACHES TO MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL AND INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OF A REGION

Abstract
In the given project defining conditions of successful introduction of new approaches to management of innovative development of agrarian and industrial complex of regions are analysed. It is shown that it is expedient to carry out their introduction through formation of regional corporate structures. For this purpose it is necessary to create the corresponding conditions through interaction of the state structures, the regional government, commercial and insurance institutes, the scientific organizations and producers when at the initial stage the defining role is played by the state.
