CIVIL-LEGAL REGULATION OF THE SUPPLY AGREEMENT WITH RETAILERS

Abstract
The article deals with topical issues in the sphere of delivery contracts with retailеrs. The author makes conclusions based on the conducted analysis of regulations, litigation, commercial practices, in particular on the example of legal delivery contracts with retail chains.
