PERSONALIZATION OF VOCATIONAL LEARNING WITH THE USE OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract

The methodological and methodical bases of learning personalization are stated in the article. The great attention is focused on the vocational learning with the use of information and communication technologies and considering student’s personality traits. The factors of personality traits that have a decisive influence on the training with the use of information and communication technologies. Model of personalization of the learning process, using information and communication technology, has been developed. The effectiveness of personalization for vocational learning with the use of information and communication technologies has been proved.
