SPECIFIC FEATURESOF ECONOMIC-STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF PRICE AND VALUE ONTHE REAL ESTATE MARKET OF MOSCOW

Abstract
The article describes the special features of the residential property market. Major issues of economic and statistical analysis on housing market are discussed. The causes and factors that hinder the processing of statistical information are analyzed. The process of the price and value of residential real estate formation is described. The author delineates the concepts of price and cost, and suggests a new classification of these terms. Besides, the process and characteristics of evaluation activity in the real estate market are analyzed.
