Рассматриваются основные проблемы экономико-статистического анализа по рынку жилья. Причины и факторы, препятствующие обработке статистической информации. Приводится процесс формирования цены и стоимости жилой недвижимости. Разграничиваются понятия цены и стоимости, приводятся классификации этих терминов. Процесс и особенности оценочной деятельности на рынке недвижимости.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article describes the special features of the residential property market. Major issues of economic and statistical analysis on housing market are discussed. The causes and factors that hinder the processing of statistical information are analyzed. The process of the price and value of residential real estate formation is described. The author delineates the concepts of price and cost, and suggests a new classification of these terms.
