DEVELOPMENT TOOLKIT FOR REAL ESTATE MARKET ANALYSIS OF MOSCOW REGION

Abstract
The article presents the developmentdirection of the tools of the secondary realestate market analysis associated withthe identification of market. Assessment of their quality, the relationship with each other and real estate, will improve thealgorithms for identifying repetitive objectsto exclude unreliable supply of assessment activities and a new perspective onthe dynamics of the market.
