СПЕЦИФИЧНОСТЬ ЧЕЛОВЕЧЕСКОГО КАПИТАЛА: ЭВОЛЮЦИЯ КОНЦЕПЦИИ И ЕЕ ЗНАЧЕНИЕ

Аннотация
В статье рассматривается концепция специфичности человеческого капитала, предложенная Г. C. Беккером, анализируютсятенденцииееразвития в период с 60х гг. XX в. по настоящее время, обобщаются виды специфичности и ее значение. Установлено, что эволюция концепции специфичности человеческого капитала направлена на отражение его гетерогенности, детализацию подхода, рассмотрение выполняемой работы как комплекса задач, а человеческого капитала как комплекса навыков (компетенций),требуемыхдлявыполненияэтихзадач и характеризующихся определенным уровнемспецифичностиотносительно фирмы, профессии, отрасли, выполняемых задач и комплекса требуемых навыков.
