FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF BANK MARKETING IN ARMENIA

Abstract

This article presents the results of brief investigation of bank marketing in Armenia including its history, development and the current situation. The study objects are the commercial banks in the Republic of Armenia and their marketing activity. The competitiveness of the local and foreign banks is examined as well. Comparison of the market before and after the entry of foreign banks is performed. The role of the advertising in bank marketing is outlined.
