Abstract
On how you plan to develop the economyof the country and its regions , it is possibleto draw conclusions what specialties are indemand, the number of required on themgraduates and higher education institutionsto define the job evenly across the area, ineach federal district. It is also necessary totake into account heightened in recent years,the demographic situation in Russia. According to forecasts of the Ministry of Education ofRussia through the next few years, a numberof our country will be less than half the students that are now, besides the number of higher education institutions as well changefollowing the trend of reducing the number ofstudents. In connection with this extremelyimportant in the current environment is tobuild an economic and mathematical model of need in specialists.
