CREATION OF NATIONAL RUSSIAN SYSTEM OF COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Abstract
In article creation and development of thesystem of competences and qualifications in modern conditions of Russia is described. Research of the existing, developed and introduced national programsdeveloped and developed road maps forcreation of system of competences andqualifications, as method of increase of number of highly skilled workers in thecountry and increases of competitivenessof national economy at the expense ofcompetent shots is conducted.
