ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВА И БИЗНЕСА В РАЗВИТИИ ИНФРАСТРУКТУРЫ: СУЩНОСТЬ, ОПЫТ, ПРОБЛЕМЫ

Аннотация

Инфраструктура имеет большое значение для общества, поэтому государство уделяет особое внимание ее обеспечению. Однако особые характеристики, присущие созданию объектов инфраструктуры и потреблению ее услуг не всегда оправдывают присутствие исключительно только государства в данном секторе. В данной статье мы рассмотрим предпосылки для активного включения частного сектора в процесс обеспечения инфраструктурой, историю участия частного сектора в инфраструктурных проектах, динамику развития отношений государства и бизнеса, а также дадим оценку эффективности участия частного сектора в обеспечении инфраструктурой.
