EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT BASED ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OF TRAINING

Abstract
Based on the cybernetic model this article considers the problem of educational process development due to the implementation of information technologies of training. An approach to the creation of the methodological apparatus and instrumentation for the solution of this problem is proposed in the article.
