PROBLEMS OF ORGANIZATION INNOVATION ACTIVITIES OF STATE CORPORATIONS

The article deals with the specifics of innovation of State-owned corporations in a changing market environment. The results received on the basis of an analysis of the current situation in the national sphere of Russia, describe the conditions of organization innovation of State corporations. A group of interrelated factors, which impede the implementation of effective and sound innovation of State corporations is identified. The main causes that impede the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises as possible participants of innovation infrastructure of public corporations are defined. It is proved that a solution to the issues that are associated with the Organization innovation of State corporations, requires political will on the part of public authorities, which are at ease today, and are having and will be having a significant resistance to change these terms and conditions.
