DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF REGIONAL MEDICAL INFORMATICS SYSTEM WITH USE OF CLOUD COMPUTING

Abstract
The article deals with the situation in the market of healthcare information systems in Russia and with legislative preconditions of development in this sphere. The task of creation of regional information system is highlighted. On the basis of analysis of approaches and foreign experience the way of realization of a regional segment in the state system through the regional healthcare portal with the application of cloud computing was offered. The developed module «Electronic Registry» is discussed as an example of practical realization.
