APPROACHES TO DEFINITION OF THE MARKET OBJECT OF THE INDIVIDUAL HOUSING CONSTRUCTION

Abstract
The given article is devoted to a question of economic understanding of the term «object of individual housing construction». The main attention is concentrated on inconsistency of the normative documents existing in the Russian legislation regulating activity in the market of individual housing construction. Two approaches to the definition of the object of market of individual housing construction are allocated. They are legal and construction approaches. Allocation of the economic approach is offered.
