PECULIARITIES OF STRATEGY CONSULTING DEVELOPMENT IN RUSSIA

Abstract

The article is devoted to studying of the peculiarities of strategy consulting development in Russia. Two main specializations - strategy forming and management of organization, which include many tasks - are determined. Also there is a classification of key suppliers on the market, which is based on the size of a company and its specialization. Main attention is paid to the market structure and its dynamics. Key trends of strategy consulting market in Russia are determined based on a statistical analysis and their comparison with foreign benchmarks.
