SPECIFIC ASPECTS OF REAL ESTATE MARKET AS AN OBJECT OF STATISTICAL RESEARCH

Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities of development of the residential real estate market of Moscow. Several approaches to the analysis of formation of this economy segment are considered. Foundations and classification of residential real estate are given. A main attention is paid to parameters of assessed value of real estate. The pricing is considered within the frame of the existing tasks and goals.
