ON ATTRACTION OF YOUNG SPECIALISTS - HIGHLY QUALIFIED MIGRANTS TO RUSSIA

Abstract
The article indicates the conditions and mechanisms for attraction of highly qualified foreign specialists. Young specialists are considered as a special category of labor and demographic resources. The suggestions on improvement of the process for highly qualified migrants attraction are given.
