Abstract

In recent years, many countries of the world are payingincreasing attention to the problems of ensuring the safetypopulation. In this regard, a comprehensive analysis ofvarious aspects of this important public policies, includingreducing the number of people missing, according to the Lawis of great scientiﬁc and practical interest.
