FORMATION OF A MEGA-REGULATOR AND ITS IMPLICATIONS FOR CREATING AN INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CENTER IN RUSSIA

Abstract
This article discusses long-term and short-term effects in the formation of the Russian Federation megaregulator financial market. Paying attention to the analysisof the stages of creating this structure.It is emphasized that megaregulator operate in many countries, but for the RussianFederation is a brand new structure, the creation of which correlates with the creation in Moscow an international financial center.
