INSIDER INFORMATION AND CONFLICT OF INTERESTS AS A THREAT TO ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE ENTERPRISES

Abstract
A characteristic of threats of economic security of the enterprise in which the main place is occupied by internal threats is given in the article. Accordingly, the insider information and the conflict of interests, their legal support and the accountability mechanism are considered. An assessment of influence of these threats on economic security of the enterprise is given.
