В настоящее время возникла острая необходимость разработки модели управления инновационным развитием территорий, поскольку, как показал анализ, существующие сегодня подходы имеют ряд недостатков. Предложенная в статье модель управления инновационным развитием территории основана на эффективном функционировании инфраструктуры поддержки инновационной деятельности, взаимодействии производителей и потребителей инноваций, отличается принципом инновационного конвейера и позволяет формировать зоны инновационного развития в целях повышения конкурентоспособности страны в целом.
Today there is an urgent need to create a new model of innovation development management of territories. The analysis has shown that the present approaches have some disadvantages. This model is based on the effective supporting of innovation activity, the interaction between producers and consumers of innovations. It’s notable for a principal of innovative conveyor and allows forming the zones of innovation development to improving the country’s competitiveness in general.
