В статье обоснована роль образования и необходимость социального партнёрства для его финансирования и развития в условиях экономики, основанной на знаниях. Основное внимание сосредоточено на изучении механизмов привлечения частного финансирования образовательных организаций в России, возникающие при этом проблемы и возможные пути их решения. Рассматривается государственно-частное партнёрство, формы его реализации в дошкольном образовании. Предлагается механизм импактинвестированиявобразование как перспективная технология.

The article considers the role of education and the need for social partnership toFinance and development in an economybased on knowledge. Focuses on thestudy of mechanisms for attracting privatefinancing of educational organizations inRussia, the problems are discussed andpossible ways of their solution. Examinespublic-private partnership, the form of itsimplementation in early childhood education. Provides a mechanism for the impactof investment in education as a promisingtechnology.
