В статье оцениваются возможности масштабного внедрения инновационной составляющей в отечественные инвестиционные проекты. С целью решения данной задачи в работе проводится анализтекущегосостояниянаучнойотрасли, рассматриваемойвсоставеинвестиционных отраслей. В процессе исследования выявленыострейшиепроблемыотрасли, препятствующие инновационному развитию страны, и предложены методы государственного регулирования по их устранению. В круг основных задач выделеныстимулированиепромышленного спроса на научные исследования, восстановление научно-производственной кооперации, развитие отраслевой науки и организация взаимодействия с академическойивузовскойнаукой, повышение прозрачностиценообразованиявобласти научных исследований.
The article assesses the possibilities forlarge-scale implementation of innovativecomponent in domestic investment projects.To address this problem the paper analyzes the current state of the science sector. It is seen as part of the investment industries. Inthe course of the study identified the most pressing problems of the industry. Theseproblems hinder the innovative development of the country. Proposed methods of state regulation to address them. Amongthe major tasks allocated stimulate industrialdemand for scientific research, restoration scientific-industrial cooperation, development of sectoral research and organization ofinteraction with the academic and Universityscience, improving pricing transparency inscientifi c research.
