В данной статье предложен подход к управлению обеспечением предприятия машиностроения комплектующими изделиями на основе международных стандартов и лучших практик ведущих международныхпредприятий. Дляуправления обеспечением комплектующими изделиямипредприятиямашиностроения на операциональном уровне предложен метод, разработанный с использованием методоворганизациисложныхэкспертиз. На стратегическом уровне предложено использовать инструмент планирования структуры поставщиков и методику развития поставщиков предприятия машиностроения.

In the paper is given an approach to themanagement of components provision formachine building manufacturer based uponinternational standards and best practicesof leading international companies. Thecomplex expertise methods are used forthe development of the proposed machinebuilding manufacturer suppliers’ operational management method. At a strategic level is proposed a tool for planning the suppliers’portfolio and a machine building manufacturer supplier development methodology.
