В статье рассмотрен проблемно-ориентированный подход к моделированию технологических связей в структуре производства предприятий высокотехнологичного комплекса. Разработаны модели оценки данных связей в условиях недостаточности и неопределенности исходной информации, предназначенные для выработки управленческих решений в процессе управления стратегическим развитием высокотехнологичного комплекса.

This article describes a problem-oriented approach to the modeling of technological linkages in the structure of the production of the high-tech enterprises complex. The models of evaluation of data communications in failure and uncertainty of the initial information systems for management decision making in the operation of the strategic development of high-tech complex are developed.
