В статье рассмотрена краткая история формирования системы контроля за финансовыми рынками в период становления финансовой системы Российской Федерации. Основное внимание в статье уделено анализу целесообразности инновационной инициативы Правительства Российской Федерации о передаче всех функций по контролю за финансовыми рынками Центральному банку РФ (Банку России).

The article considers the short history of shaping of the monitoring system for the financial markets during formation of a financial system in the Russian Federation. The main attention in the article is paid to the analysis of expediency of an innovative initiative of the Government of the Russian Federation about transfer of all control functions of the financial markets to the Central bank of Russian Federation (Bank of Russia).
