Статье посвящена оценке процесса проведения Вьетнамом процентной политики в период с 1980 г. и по настоящее время, автор делает вывод о том, что эта политика была направлена на повышение эффективности применения инструмента процентной ставки при проведении денежно-кредитной политики Госбанка Вьетнама.

The article considers the evaluation process of interest-rate policy in Vietnam from 1980 to the present time and makes a conclusion that this policy was aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the interest-rate instrument in the framework of monetary policy of the State Bank of Vietnam.
