В статье рассмотрено развитие механизма формирования интеллектуальной собственности в Китае, состояние системы защиты интеллектуальной собственности в Китае и в России. Выявлены как сходства, так и различия между российской и китайской системами защиты интеллектуальной собственности.

The article deals with the development of a mechanism of intellectual property rights in China. There is the same state of the system of intellectual property protection in China and Russia. This work paper identifies several similarities and differences between the Russian and Chinese protective system of intellectual property.
