Автором выделены и рассмотрены новые ключевые факторы, характерные для современных условий. В статье даны практические рекомендации руководству по управлению персоналом с учетом этих факторов и обоснован дифференцированный подход к оценке конкурентоспособности персонала.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article considers the factors influencing competitiveness of the personnel of the enterprises and the organizations. The author identified and discussed new key factors, characteristic for modern conditions.
