В статье рассматривается строение портала, который применяется для управления знаниями бизнес-процессов предприятия. Знания бизнес-процессов разделяются на четыре вида: знание процесса, знание механизма, знание управления, знание входа и выхода. На основе этого разделения предлагается макет портала, учитывающий виды знаний. Для отображения процессов на порталепредлагаетсянотацияадаптированнаяподтребованиясформированные в статье. Рассматривается технология формирования знания на предприятии.
This article discusses the structure of the portal, which is used for knowledge management of business processes. Knowledge ofbusiness processes are divided into fourtypes: process knowledge, knowledge ofthe mechanism, knowledge management,knowledge of entry and exit. On the basis ofthis division is proposed layout of the portal,taking into account the kinds of knowledge.Processes for display on the portal offered notation adapted to the requirements generated in the article.
